Grass....

I agree with all of you! Perfect! The grass (in my humble opinion) goes great with the new wall paper...makes one feel the wind on your face as you stand on the edge of the cliff at the light house! = ) I do have a but.....and remember, I over process EVERYTHING!!! lol The very first thing (how very sad for me!!) I thought of was the fragile spot for a vase....considering grandchildren. = ( So, naturally the answer is keeping that in mind when you replace the container (maybe a wider bottom). I also think a container with color....plain of course, pick a color from the wall paper. (?????)
NEXT....what WILL you replace the grass on the nightstand with???? = )

I agree with you, a more wider base so it doesn't easily spill over. I think a brick red that is in the wallpaper would be a great color for the vase....It would stand out, yet bring the wallpaper and vase together.....very nice idea.....

I was originally thinking the red too! But...because I couldn't see alllll the colors in the paper, I thought there may be a color that doesn't stand out and could be brought out with the vase the same color. Also, what colors are in the rooms off the hall? Maybe there is a color in the paper that would blend with the other rooms creating a flow. (??)

My thots exactly. I have a sample of some fabric that has reddish color in it. I had posted it before. Thinking of this to replace my bedroom curtains. So a reddish something to hold the grass is what I wii be looking for.I have tall, ornamental grass in my backyard.Just can't use it til fall.Actually, I would miss it in the winter when the snow is all around.Oh well.My grandchildren don't go back near there much anyway. The girls like to go in my little room, but I am usually with them. They are good about not getting into things.
