I planted some mint in my back yard today, I am excited about it as long as it doesn't turn out to be part of "the little shoppe of horrors".....
This is the 1st time Donnie has used the rotisserie and it turned out wonderful .....with applesauce on the side, potatoes, and rolls.....Hmm Hmm good....

That looks delicious! I bought asparagus today. If you grow a lot of mint, grab a handful, pour some boiling water over, let steep. Sooo good. Love it iced.Add sugar, if that suits ya.
