Brooks planted this about 5 years ago, it was only about 2 ft high at the time...look at the "ugly" blooms it has on it now...I was shocked to know that it actually flowers...
Look at how tall it is now...WOW..and then there's my hubby holding onto a weed that he had just picked....

Those flowers look like "faded" Bird of Paradise flowers! = )
I wish I knew what they are but alas..."I have no clue"...
The plant is stunning and looks great in that location! Brooks did good, huh?
