I saw Rachael Ray make something similar and Don, like so many men, will be watching the game tonight...this will be something he will enjoy eating along with the mac and cheese I am making to go with it.....There are sliced up hot dogs in the chili...it's like eating chili dogs and eating chili at the same time....
