Parsley.........



I have been letting a bunch of parsley dry in the kitchen and am now able to crush it and use it...I have to much that I am going to start adding fresh parsley to our salads and enjoy the fruits of my labor...( lol ) I still have quite a bit that hasn't completely dried yet so that well be on my list of "do's" for later...

Hey farmer girl...only you would be chopping parsley at 8 in the morning. I'm proud of you. Parsley is loaded with vitamins.So good for you.Doesn't it feel good to have a good supply ? Put a bunch in some olive oil, a little red wine vinegar, a little lemon juice...Nice. Oh, don't forget the garlic.Tomatoes,romaine,cucumbers. Well, just gave myself an idea for lunch.Yes,feta cheese. I have lots of rosemary. Think roasted red potatoes.
