French Canadian Scones
This recipe came from a friend of mine on pogo. He is french canadian and lives in Canada. Bree really liked these..
1 pkg yeast
1/2 c warm water
1 tsp sugar
let proof
mix in 2 c flour
4 tbsp oil
don't knead
let rise
knead
rise again
roll into log cut at angle makes 1 doz.
fry in oil (deep fryer)
