I didn't have apricots so I garnished with fresh pineapple.1 box lemon supreme cake mix
1/2 c sugar
3/4 c oil
1 cup apricot nectar
4 eggs (beat 1 at a time in cake)
bake 325
1 hour
1 c powder sugar
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 c apricot nectar
bring to boil
will thicken as it cools
pierce cake and drizzle
This cake smelled so good while baking, I can't wait to dive into it and see if it taste just as good....
