Trying To Wake Sparkey In The Morning!!!!!!

He sleeps under the covers at the foot of the bed after Don and I get up (otherwise he is snuggled right next to us), but each morning is a ritual trying to get him up to go out for his morning walk with Don.........

oh how sweet! Enjoy him Carol. Joe Joe had a very bad seizure last Wednesday and I had him at the animal hospital. They did tests which showed he had suffered a seizure but sent him home. Dr did put him on antibiotics for diarrea though. They said with his age it is probably a tumor or stroke and to expect more. Well, this morning he couldn't breath. Oh, that was difficult as it lasted for about 2 hrs. I had to run around to find a hospital open to examine him. He finally got better and is back home resting. This is hard to go through.

Oh Teresa, I am so very sorry for Joe Joe and You...How awful for the little guy to go thru, how old is he now? Sparkey has a form of Ashmia (can't spell) and every once in awhile he has a tough time but gets over it fairly quickly...He gave u antibiotics but can they do anything for the tumor or if he had a stroke??

I'm sure there are things they can do but he's 9 yrs old now and I can't afford the tests they are talking about.....MRI's are expensive. I've already spent $500 on just exams, x-rays and blood tests.
