An Apple a Day

These are Meyer lemons. They are described as "a cross between a lemon and a mandarin orange. It's rich, dark, and aromatic juice is much sweeter than a conventional lemon."
Lately I've been cutting up an apple, squeezing a lemon over it and swirling some honey around and around. Not too much honey, just a bit. Then about two minutes in the microwave and you have a splendiferous and lovely aroma, color and taste.
