The Things You Do For Your Grandkids.......

None of us really "Do" Holloween, none of really like it, it's a holiday that really should be banned as far as I am concerned but for this one time I did dress up to make Aundi happy, although my kids got the most out of it........

Oh no, Carol, I think I may have gotten the most out of this. You are a scream... Always good for a nice healthy chuckle. I've just got to buck up and get busy, but I don't think I can keep up with you. But,I can try.

Actually, I think " the grandkids " is just an excuse. We all know you love it!

I must admit it was fun just to see the look on the kids faces....Bree was dressed as Lady GAGA, we sat outside and gave out candy. Usually I just put the bowl of candy out side and lock the door...LOL We must have had a good 500 people roaming throughout our neighborhood....This was the one and only time I will do that though. Next year I told my kids I am back to my normal ways...

Aundi usually goes with his dad on Holloween but this year there was some issue's so he stayed home. To make him feel better and let my kids know I am not a stick in the mud I said I would dress up...Don bought the dress for bree as a joke a couple yrs back after holloween, on sale and the hat was a gift to bree from a friend that went to Salem one year. They we're in her closet...I wasn't going to spend $$$$$ on something so silly...That was the only reason...LOL

You make a cute witch Carol and I know where your heart is. I used to go out with the grandkids but haven't in a few years. Too much walking. I don't give candy out but than there's no kids in my neighborhood and even the grandkids don't come to my house on Holloween. Thanks for putting a smile on my face!! Love ya!
