These are made with the refrigerated biscuit dough. You roll a single biscuit out flat and following the pictures you put it on the end of a stick than hold it over the fire and when it's done you fill it with chocolate syrup, jelly & peanut butter, pie filling, whipped cream....what ever...oh, Christine says they are great with a small breakfast sausage in them. I love em!

I just love all these pictures, so glad everyone has such a wonderful time....I would like to have seen a picture of you though....what a way to spend a long weekend ....family style....awesome
looks like you all had such fun! We love to go camping! Can't wait to try the dough boys! We make "hobo pockets": start with a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil, add thick raw hamberger patty, then choose from any raw veggies you want, toss them on top seal it up (this part is important) so steam doesn't escape and lay it on a bed of coals in the fire pit, cook till the patty would be done enough for whom ever is to eat it!
the best part is you lay it all out and everyone puts together their own. we usually make available...bellpepper, onion, mushrooms, potatoes, celery, zucchini, and carrots. just slice them all thin, I use the food processor...really quick, and bag them before we leave!
The lights along the "path" are a great idea, too!! I'll have to try that!
Glad you had a good time! Thanks for sharing!
ps-the hobo pocket will need to be turned once or twice. I usually start mine, meat down...then the veggies cook in the meat juice...oh yeah...it's a must for great flavor and more juice to start with the high fat meat!! hahaha
Carol, no pics of me....I'd be embarrassed!! LOL
Connie, your hobo pockets sound good, I'll have to try them! I could even cook them on the grill I think....
