Getting There


That wall wasn't yellow, that yellow strip is just what's left of the old wallpaper. The green painted part was taken down and that's what was left. All the new wallpaper is up now and almost all painted. There's old paneling under the wallpaper.

The coloring is off in this picture, The door is a much warmer brown and the walls are also a warmer color.


Easy, peasy peanut butter cookies. 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg. Mix and bake at 350 degrees. I think 10 to 15 minutes. I threw in a handful of chocolate chips. Gives em an edge.

Phyllis, you are making me tired!! It all looks so nice!

We love those cookies! It's the first recipe my son (now 30) made by himself when he was 5 or 6! But, we've NEVER put choc. chips in them! YUMMM!
