I started yesterday ...... although I woke up feeling hungry this morning I think I can do this...Teresa gave me a recipe that I tried last night...I liked it..using spaghetti squash in place of spaghetti....and then I had brussel sprouts sauteed in chicken broth....Mmmmm good
