The coumadin clinic called and left a message on our machine this morning (as they always do with the results of her regular tests)...
Her results are "really high" 6.6; normal is in the 2-3 range and the higher the number the thinner the blood. They are taking her off the coumadin for the weekend and rechecking on Monday. There have been no medication changes, so they don't know what is causing this. I can not talk to anyone at the clinic until Monday. So, this is all I know.
Just thought you should know so that you can pray.

I checked out about the fires. We are a couple hours from each fire. It's all pretty scary, huh? = (

I'll be praying for Aunt Connie, I wish I could visit her. OH Gee, I have a great idea!! Why don't you bring her with you when you come east for the visit next year. I know I know, she can't make the trip. I was just dreaming.
Connie, I knew about the fires from the little news I watch! You'll have to watch and don't let them get too close to you!
