Goodness, I haven't even put my outdoor "things" aways yet....my birdbath, lawnmower, water hose....I usually get them all down in the cellar before the snow.

So beautiful, but...you've got to be kidding me.

Nope, I have the soaked feet to prove it! LOL This is so funny to watch coming down! It's raining but then looking out you'll see "groups" of huge snowflakes falling. Weird. It's not snowing evenly throughout the rain, and the "groups" of snowflakes are heavier than the rain so they seem to be kerplopping down here and there. Like my description?

A kerplopping discription.I've never seen "groups of snowflakes".Why is this? Do you think they are timid? Or feel unwelcome because they have come so (too) early?

That is like a postcard, so very beautiful....I also loved the 1st snow fall of the year.

KERPLUNKING: to fall with a sound like that of a heavy object falling rapidly into water.
Your wording what right on target sis....
