Amish Country Strawberry Pie

Add a dollop of whip cream and Mmmm good stuff. I used fat free jello , it was sweet enough without the added sugar. I am also making the Scallops for dinner tonight. Try and post a pic for you.

Good Morning Ladies!!

Just checking in on this beautiful morning. Birds are giving me a wonderful concert. Speaking of birds do one of you know anything about our "night birds"? The past couple weeks we have birds up and singing in the night...its beautiful, but really kind of wierd. = ) Have a great day, we are headed to Redlands for dental cleanings...it's a bit over an hour drive...but a wonderful dentist and staff. We found them through ins. of course!!
