OK - LDC Paints and Painted Hair !!

I'm out on a limb here............What do you think of baby Kellen Brennan?

I used a totally different paint which doesn't need to be heat set and he

has no rooted hair - all painted. He is my first one using these other paints

and I cannot get my "usual" blotchy newborn skin. I tried every way I

could think of and it just couldn't make it happen.
